Hey there!

My name is Jocelyn Smith, and I am a senior at Auburn University pursuing a degree in Public Relations. I’ve always been drawn to the creative and fast-paced side of communication, especially when it comes to social media, branding, and connecting with audiences in an authentic way. After graduation, I’m excited to begin my career in public relations and continue building on the experiences I’ve gained throughout college.

During my time at Auburn, I’ve developed hands-on experience in social media, event planning, internal communications, and leadership through a variety of roles and opportunities. These experiences have helped me strengthen my ability to create engaging content, stay organized in fast-moving environments, and collaborate effectively with different teams. I would describe myself as creative, driven, and highly adaptable. I enjoy working with others, taking initiative, and finding thoughtful ways to bring ideas to life, whether that’s through digital content, campaign planning, or event execution. I’m especially interested in opportunities that allow me to combine strategy and creativity in a way that makes a real impact. I’m looking forward to stepping into the public relations field and continuing to grow, learn, and challenge myself in a professional setting.
